FURNISHED HOME CLOSE TO NATURE
Homely and
close to nature
The
red-brown wooden façade with the lattice windows set off in white, the natural
garden pond, the wooden terrace, the striped awnings and sun loungers - the
family's house could also be seen on a lake. It always spreads the holiday. And
it creates a touch of longing for carefree childhood days.
Furnishing with a maritime flair
"We
love the sea and have therefore added maritime touches to our little,"
says Annette. The engineer started her own business as a Pilate's trainer,
relaxation teacher and artist in 2016. In her studio, she works with wood -
this is where wooden signs and home accessories are created, some of which also
adorn the new home.
Look for colors and accessories.
Natural
colors and materials dominate the interior design: natural parquet floors and
half-height wall paneling, white furniture in a modern look combined with
cushions and wicker baskets. Dove blue accents on the walls and a decorative
wooden fish here and add a flair touch.
Paying attention to sustainability
Since
the family attaches great importance to sustainability, the building should
also be built with local wood as a construction partner because the house
manufacturer only processes wood from 60 kilometers. He also relies on
constructive wood protection instead of chemicals.
Room for five
A
childhood dream came true with luxury
apartments in Lahore. The family of five will find more than enough
space in around 150 square meters of living space. The meeting point is the
long dining table with a bench. The wall paneling serves as a connecting
element between the different window formats. The open kitchen is also
integrated into the living ensemble. The small but nice living room adjoins it
with a bit of nook and crannies - a cozy retreat. The master bedroom with a
large dressing area is also on this level.
On the upper floor, three rooms of the
same size are arranged side by side - the realm of teenagers. The studio is
also located here. "Our red house offers me the perfect decorative stage
for my work," she says with a smile.
